The Eindhoven Start‑Turn‑Finish Special focuses on the race elements that decide more than 30% of a 50m swim and even more in a 25m pool. That’s why targeted training on starts, turns and finishes is essential for every competitive swimmer.

Guided by top swimmers and experienced coaches, all technical race components will be practised and refined during this 3‑day SportstarZ Aquatics Special. From explosive starts to powerful underwater phases and fast turns, every skill is trained with precision and purpose.

To maximise your technical development, SportstarZ introduces a professional start & turn analysis. All swimmers receive the WinnerCam  footage and 30 days to download and view the videos. An in-depth 4-point (start, tumble turn, fall-back turn & underwater butterfly kick) analyses is available for option when booking for €34,95.

Like all our camps, this 3‑day special is built on our philosophy: performance comes with pleasure. Enjoying your sport is essential  only when you have fun in the water can you truly excel. That’s why, alongside serious training, we create plenty of opportunities to make new friends and enjoy fun recreational activities.

Twice a day we train in one of Europe’s largest and most impressive swimming facilities: the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming stadium in Eindhoven. This high‑tech complex is home to national elite athletes and numerous swimming clubs, offering the perfect environment for top‑level development.
