The JuniorstarZ Swim Camp is specifically designed for swimmers aged 12 to 18 who want to perfect their technique while developing their endurance and mental strength. During this camp, we focus on improving technique, an essential element that often takes a backseat in regular club training.

Almost every day, we offer two swimming sessions, where all strokes are thoroughly covered. Additionally, you can expect challenging dryland training, including core stability exercises, torso exercises, and training methods aimed at improving flexibility and mobility. During the sessions, we use Winnercam to film your strokes, providing you with a technique analysis.

Whether you’re training for personal bests or looking to refine your race strategies, the JuniorstarZ Swim Camp provides everything you need to achieve your goals. And if you’re highly ambitious and have met the SportstarZ Talent limit, you can explore whether the TalentstarZ camp is right for you!

Training takes place at the famous Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium in Eindhoven, with its state-of-the-art facilities such as the Vision Training System for detailed technique analysis. This provides an excellent foundation for technical improvement and new challenges.

JuniorstarZ

Participants in the JuniorstarZ program stay at Hostel ’t Uilenest, located in a peaceful, green environment in Geldrop. Here, swimmers can relax and enjoy recreational activities during their free time. Boys and girls stay separately in cozy dormitories and enjoy healthy, varied meals prepared by a professional chef.

TalentstarZ

TalentstarZ swimmers stay at Sporthotel De Moorselse Hoeve in Lierop, where they benefit from a top-tier sports environment with comfortable four-person rooms. In addition to intensive technique training with a trainer-to-swimmer ratio of 1:6, there are mental training sessions to develop the focus and mindset of an elite athlete.

NEW: JuniorstarZ-TalentstarZ Combined Camp (July 21–25, 2025)

In this combined camp, JuniorstarZ participants will have the opportunity to train alongside TalentstarZ swimmers and learn what it takes to perform at a higher level. This unique collaboration offers an amazing experience focused on personal growth, technique improvement, fun, and inspiration! For this camp, JuniorstarZ swimmers will also stay at Moorselse Hoeve instead of ’t Uilenest.
