For young swimmers between the ages of 8 and 12, SportstarZ offers the YoungstarZ program, where the foundation for success in swimming is established. This phase is crucial for achieving maximum performance later in their swimming careers. The goal is to perfect swimming technique from a young age, so swimmers can progress properly to higher levels.

During the YoungstarZ camp, swimmers practice all four strokes, with a strong emphasis on the correct execution of movements. Through focused and technical training, swimmers develop the right skills and build a solid foundation for the future. There are 1 or 2 training sessions each day, lasting 1.5 hours, supplemented by dryland training to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

In addition to intensive training, SportstarZ ensures there is plenty of time for fun and friendships. Extra recreational activities give swimmers the opportunity to get to know each other better and enjoy a fun, sporty holiday.

The YoungstarZ Swim Camp offers young swimmers (ages 8-12) the ideal environment to improve their swimming technique while enjoying the sport and making new friendships. Training takes place at the Pieter van den Hoogenband Zwemstadion in Eindhoven, the finest swimming center in the Benelux.

After intensive training days, swimmers can relax at Hostel ’t Uilenest, located in a peaceful, green area just 20 minutes from the pool. The hostel offers comfortable dormitories for boys and girls, where they stay separately and can rest well for the next day. During free time, there are recreational activities and fun programs.

Participants enjoy healthy, varied meals prepared by a professional chef to ensure they have enough energy for their training. The YoungstarZ Swim Camp is the perfect combination of intensive training, technical development, and fun in a natural and inspiring environment.
